A Plan from John T. Kemper candidate for Congress
As a candidate I have been out talking to folks for a little over two months about the problems. We all know the problems; we live with some or all the problems daily.
As a self-employed business owner for 33 years, I solve problems everyday, some days, ALL DAY it seems. For the most part these problems are not of my own creation, but sometimes employees not paying attention 100% of the time or they are not thinking ahead, but most often the problems come in the form of governmental intrusion into business.
So, today and moving forward I am going to be sharing my solutions to these known problems. Let’s get OUR country moving back towards economic independence and prosperity. This Presidential administration along with Ben “Vote & Hide†Chandler is prolonging our nations suffering through THEIR socialist policies. They have just had their 15 minutes of fame!
America is the model for economic freedom and personal Liberties for the world. We should be in the top 5 of every categories in which the world keeps score. Adolph Rupp was know to say, “If it does not matter who wins then why is there a scoreboard†Coach Cal says he does not like a low ranking , well America should Never accept a low ranking either.
Ways to achieve this Top 5 Ranking goal:
Cut corporate tax rates. The world is in an economic firestorm. Greece, Spain and the rest of the “Old†world is burning. Corporations and businesses are looking for a safe haven; America MUST re-embrace our FREE MARKET principles which created this nation. If we do this the corporations and business will flood back into the US, creating jobs, cutting our debt and proving once again Ronald Reagan was correct, “America’s best days are ahead of herâ€.
Private investors want to invest in America, but they MUST know that our economic policies do not place their investments in harms way simply by being in America. Just ask the former stockholders of GM, what happens when the Federal government plays wily nelly and loose goose with contract law as it relates to private ownership of businesses. Investors lose through NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN. We must send clear, honest and truly “HANDS OFF†free market messages to the private investors of the world. America is safe, your investments are safe.
We MUST lower personal tax rates, while working to repeal the 16th Amendment thus abolishing the Internal Revenue Service and implement a flat tax, fair tax or a national sales tax.
As Congress we can STOP funding ALL the government agencies which unconstitutional legislate laws without oversight.
These would include but not be limited to:
The Environmental Protection Agency
The Federal Department of Education
The Department of Interior
The Federal Reserve – Who pays themselves INTEREST!!!
We decentralize government!
Welfare Reform is a key to cutting fraudulent, wasteful spending and continuing to reducing our national debt.
My plan has three legs like a basic stool! This is meant to be a BASIC program.
If you are receiving a check from the “We the people†then you will:
1. Undergo Mandatory drug testing.
2. Participate in an educational track. Ex. You have a GED then you are taking vocational training, college courses or some other approved educational training.
3. Participate in a work, volunteer, internship or some other approved job training program.
Not fulfilling any one of the three requirements will result in benefits being discontinued until requirements are met.
Our welfare system should not be a lifestyle, but rather an aid in becoming economically independent. A BASIC 3 legged stool, not an overstuffed ottoman!
Unemployment benefits should NEVER be 99 weeks in duration – almost 2 years!
What is the individual’s motivation to find a job quickly?
Close our borders – If you have come here LEGALLY – We say Welcome! If you have come here ILLEGALLY - you are leaving. Do not try to compare the SHORT TERM cost of “Deportation†with the LIFE LONG cost to Society for allowing these invaders to stay. If the first thing you did to get to America was break our laws, what make us think that you will obey ANY OF OUR LAWS?
No amnesty for illegals - EVER. Stop enticing them to come to America with hopes of AMNESTY.
Apply a correct interpretation of the so called “Anchor baby clauseâ€.
We MUST once and for all of time, amend the Constitution to protect all HUMAN life from concept on. How do we think we can murder 52 million Americans and be held accountable?
Our deficit must be reduced; we can not tax and spend our way out of debt. By allowing Americans to keep more of their hard earned money leads to greater economic productivity, a wider, broader tax base which provides more tax revenue NOT LESS.
NEVER FORGET IT IS YOUR MONEY. I WILL NOT!
