The American people are tired of candidates and politicians attacking one another on personal issues, growing their personal wealth and securing their own special interests while our nation is destroyed from within. The American people want positive actions and solutions to the difficult issues facing average Americans.
Therefore, I, John T. Kemper, III am offering these promises to you in Covenant:
- Reduce the size of government, change the intrusive climate of government and return control of America to the people. Re-establish in Washington, D.C. an awareness that elected officials serve at the pleasure of the people.
- Tax cuts for corporations, individuals, reduce the capital gain and inheritance tax to truly stimulate the economy and create self-sustaining private sector jobs. Couple tax cuts with spending cuts to reduce the deficit and speed the economic recovery.
- Secure our borders by the most effective means available. Immigrants: come here legally, you are welcome, come here illegally, you are leaving.
- Defend the unborn: stop the “American Holocaust” and defend ALL life at every levels of government.

Cut Welfare spending. Social benefits are designed to be a temporary safety net ; not a lifestyle. If you receive welfare benefits you will:
a) Undergo mandatory drug testing.
b) Participation in an educational training program.
c) Participation in a volunteer position, part-time job or internship. - Tort Reform. The 216 attorneys in Washington D.C. want us to believe health care costs can not be reduced through tort reform. I will oppose any form of governmentally run health care.
- Defend and protect our 2nd Amendment Right to bear arms.
- Protect and defend the Constitution as the guiding foundational document of The United States of America. I will oppose any and all attempts to lead America towards Socialism.
- Support term limits. Propose legislation: Six 2 year terms for the House, two 6 year terms for the Senate.
Or you will not receive benefits.
My motive for seeking office is to leave our country in better condition in 12 years (Six 2 year terms in the House) for future generations AND come home.
If you and I enter into this Covenant, you pledge to:
- Commit to me today, I first need your vote!
- Make a financial commit; pledge a responsible and personally affordable amount today to invest in the future of our country, yourself, your children, your grandchildren and me.
- I need you to volunteer a little of your valuable time to my campaign to help inform other Americans of our Covenant. It is you and me against 535 elected officials in Washington, D.C. who have forgotten how they serve.
- I ask for your prayers for my protection, wisdom and the strength to stay the course, these ideas are unpopular with BOTH political parties: they are however in the best interest of the American people not politicians. Make no mistake MY promises to you will not be kept without cost to us all.
- Finally, I need you to find your passion in life and make America better.
I will not disappoint you; BUT, you MUST stand with me now! America is the last bastion of freedom, hope and opportunity. Help me preserve America for future generations.
