John T. Kemper...

"The Guardian of Our Tax Dollars"

    Independent Auditor of Public Accounts.
    On-line receipts, revenues and checkbook.
DEBT-FREE Kentucky - without raising our taxes.

09/23/2011 :

My opponent, the former Chief-of-Staff of the Governor thinks he can be an Independent Auditor. Apparently he can NOT get yard signs up across the state without the Governor's help, would he owe the Governor for any other help with his political career?

Why the Auditor's race is so important this year.

John T. Kemper, III running for State Auditor for Kentucky

    KRS 43.050 - current law
    (1) The Auditor constitutes an agency independent of the adminstrative departments enumerated in KRS 12.020, it is being the policy of the General Assembly to provide for the independent auditing of the accounts, financial transactions, and performance of all spending agencies of the state through a disinterested auditor, who is entirely independent of the state adminstration whose affairs he is called upon to audit....

The Democrats have been auditing our public accounts for almost 40 years. Our current Democrat Auditor, Crit Luallen is term-limited, the Democrat governor's former chief of staff is running to take control of this office. Can "We the People" expect this man to audit his former boss? For true ACCOUNTABILITY, we must vote for a change in Frankfort on November 8, 2011.

The governor's race is important, but in the event our current governor wins another term, we need the Auditor of Public Accounts to be from the opposing party to provide the check and balance the founding fathers intended. John Kemper, a committed conservative, will hold their feet to the fire on all public spending and revenue. John has a clear goal of liberating Kentucky from the debt we have taken on under corrupt liberal leadership.

Please look hard at this office and the candidates running for State Auditor. This is the kind of election that will make a difference in the future of our Commonwealth.

A debt free Kentucky,  without raising OUR taxes.
